A wonderful find, with good, robust mineral body, and a nice smooth finish. Spicy, with berry and pepper notes. Great to drink now, but with the body and class to keep for a number of years.

A flexible wine, goes wonderfully with red meats and strong cheese, it can handle some spice, and is probably light enough for less red-blooded fare.
