Dry, deep and rather oaky. Very bright notes of black fruits, vanilla and plum, with light peppery aromas. An instant symphony on the palate, with a long finish.

Ready to serve now, but could be cellared until 2010. Better served with a meal. Goes well with poultry or oven-cooked meat. Serving temperature: 16-18°C
